The Eidecan Battle of the Bands is a way for local young musicians to showcase their talent in front of their peers. The competition is open to all genres of music and is a great way to have fun and show off your skills.

The preliminary heats of the Battle are held in down-town Toowoomba City and are free for the public to view. From these heats the best performers will be selected to perform in the finals held at the Eidecan Festival with the eventual winner walking away with a truly awesome prize.

The Battle of the Bands is a positive and fun activity for young people to take part in as well as being the perfect way to bring youth culture and free entertainment to the streets of Toowoomba.

The 2010 Battle of the Bands heats are planned for June/July. Entries will be taken via this website in the coming months.
